Car Sent to Tenerife

I own a spanish car in mainland spain and wish to give it to my daughter as a gift . She lives in Tenerife and we are going to send it on the ferry. Can you tell us how we transfer it and what are the tax implications. She is a resident in Tenerife Many thanks
